Behind the Craft
Hello. I'm Brandi Graham. I felt an instant spark with ceramics after signing up for a pottery class at Wildwood Green Arts and I have become a regular fixture to the studio ever since, exploring new techniques, honing my skills, and happily sharing tips with newcomers.
A medical publisher by day, my true passion is unwinding after office hours and focusing on pouring my creativity into each piece. One of my favorite techniques is Raku firing, which, while unpredictable and volatile, can create unique and striking metallic finishes. I love the thrill of not knowing exactly what the final piece will look like but playing with time, materials, and heat to bring out the exquisite details in every piece.

I blend craftsmanship with a fun artistic vibe. Most artists have a signature style, but I love taking time to learn new techniques and glaze combinations. There's so much to explore with pottery, and I love that each project is different from the one before. Each individual piece is about authenticity, creativity, and practicality.
